The Crown Macro is seeking experienced macro traders and trading teams with recent, repeatable, and verifiable performance. Candidates should come from established macro desks, multi-manager platforms, hedge funds, or bank trading desks. Performance must be risk-adjusted and driven by a clearly defined macro process.
Both qualities are required. Minimum five years on a macro desk, multi-manager platform, hedge fund, or bank trading desk Minimum two years in a direct risk-taking role Ability to articulate thesis construction, edge, and risk parameters clearly
