Overview
The Crown Macro is seeking experienced macro traders and trading teams with recent, repeatable, and verifiable performance. Candidates should come from established macro desks, multi-manager platforms, hedge funds, or bank trading desks. Performance must be risk-adjusted and driven by a clearly defined macro process.
The Crown Macro is growing quickly. The desk is built on traders who are highly competitive and who hold themselves to the highest standard of integrity. Both qualities are required. Neither is optional. Candidates who fit that description are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Minimum five years on a macro desk, multi-manager platform, hedge fund, or bank trading desk
- Minimum two years in a direct risk-taking role
- Ability to articulate thesis construction, edge, and risk parameters clearly
- Track record that can be validated through statements or third-party records
- Full accountability for decisions and outcomes
- High moral character and integrity
