Leading a senior team of Managers and Engineers, the remote Senior Machine Learning Manager will drive AI investment priorities, partner with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact ML initiatives, and ensure the development of efficient data pipelines that support business and AI needs. Key responsibilities Drive alignment across engineering, product, and leadership on AI investment priorities and set the multi-year technical roadmap Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production Grow and mentor a team of ML/Data engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization Required qualifications 12+ years of overall engineering experience with 5+ years managing a team in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale Experience in applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles Technical leadership with hands-on experience leading project teams and setting technical direction
