Managing the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer Manager will lead a team in developing and deploying AI/ML models, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle from data collection to model deployment and monitoring Research and implement advanced machine learning techniques to enhance the performance of AI/ML models Mentor team members on best practices in code quality, design patterns, and documentation Required qualifications Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics 5+ years of experience managing machine learning engineering teams at scale Proven experience in building and scaling machine learning models in business applications Ability to communicate complex data science concepts to diverse audiences Agile development mindset with a focus on iterative improvement and practical business solutions
