Senior M&A Tax Consultant: Due Diligence & Structuring

Baker Tilly US is looking for an experienced professional in their Mergers and Acquisitions practice to assist in managing client engagements and conducting financial due diligence. The candidate will work directly with client leaders and private equity firms on various M&A tax activities.

The ideal applicant should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting and prefer a Master's in Taxation or relevant JD. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential.

The salary range for this position is between $84,000 and $164,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
