You will drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention across Sephora at Kohl’s retail and ecommerce, shaping the loyalty roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling programs.
You will own end-to-end strategy, monitor KPIs, and work with Beauty Insider and Kohl’s Rewards partners to maximize customer lifetime value while delivering exceptional client experiences.
