MUST:
Sr Low Voltage Technician
5+ years of hands-on low voltage/data cabling experience
Strong network cabling experience
Strong data cabling experience outside of a telephone company environment
Hands-on fiber optic cabling experience
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and cabling plans
Experience managing or leading low voltage/data cabling projects
Experience coordinating work and providing direction to other technicians
Ability and willingness to work night shifts
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
DUTIES:
Install, terminate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage network and data cabling
Install and support fiber optic cabling and related infrastructure
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Perform cable routing, pulling, termination, labeling, testing, and troubleshooting
Lead and coordinate onsite low voltage and structured cabling activities
Provide technical direction and guidance to junior technicians
Ensure cabling installations meet project specifications and applicable standards
Troubleshoot network, data, fiber, and low voltage cabling issues
Coordinate project activities to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
