To ensure timely and cost-effective delivery solutions, the full-time remote Senior Logistics Support will manage daily shipment operations, including carrier assignments and issue resolution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Ensure all truckload shipments have assigned carriers Perform tactical home delivery functions, including order management and issue resolution Maintain effective communication between manufacturing operations, customer service, and delivery agents Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred Lean/Six Sigma training and/or certification preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence tools is a plus
