We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Senior Manager, Global Logistics to lead logistics strategy, distribution, and operational performance across a growing, inventory‑based business. The ideal candidate brings strong global logistics expertise, commercial instincts, and the ability to build scalable processes in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee carrier and vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost‑management initiatives.
- Partner with production, planning, and operations teams to ensure timely inbound deliveries and inventory flow.
- Optimize logistics operations across domestic and international freight, including air, ocean, ground, and parcel.
- Oversee distribution center operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and scalability.
- Develop processes, systems, and best practices to improve visibility into logistics costs and operational performance.
- Lead the logistics team while supporting broader operational and business initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading logistics and supply chain initiatives on a global scale.
- Strong experience with international freight, distribution, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Experience negotiating freight and transportation agreements and managing logistics costs.
- Strong project management, change management, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent leadership presence with a collaborative, results‑driven, and hands‑on approach.
