Analyze end-to-end lending business processes and requirements to identify and design technology solutions that meet business needs and regulatory standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert for lending technology solutions, including LoanIQ, loan origination systems, loan servicing systems, and loan management systems, applying best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate emerging lending technology trends and recommend solutions that enhance business processes and support growth.
Conduct training for business users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of lending technology solutions.
Support project planning, including timelines, schedules, and status reporting, to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
10+ years’ functional experience supporting LoanIQ for sell-side banks.
10+ years’ experience in lending technology delivery, including loan origination, servicing, and management systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
Project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and reporting on lending technology initiatives.
Strong problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex lending technology challenges and recommend solutions.
Solid knowledge of lending industry practices, products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of lending origination, closing, and operations workflows.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud-based lending technology solutions.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in lending, such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
