Responsible for providing customer service and managing loan documentation, the full-time remote Senior Loan Processor will perform thorough reviews of borrower information, assemble loan packages for underwriting, and ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations. Key responsibilities: Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance Communicate with loan originators, customers, and underwriters to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any issues Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations Excellent math and analytical skills Experience with Encompass software
