We have three branch locations that you'll have the opportunity to meet members for their financial needs.As a member of our lending team, you will work alongside three lenders and receive support from dedicated underwriting and loan processing professional, allowing you to focus on relationship building, business development, and giving an exceptional member experience.What You'll DoDevelop and manage business lending relationships with new and existing business membersAnalyze commercial loan requests and structure lending solutions that meet member needs while maintaining sound credit qualityIdentify opportunities for business lending, commercial real estate financing, equipment financing, lines of credit, and other business productsAssist new and existing members with residential mortgage financing needs, including purchase, refinance, construction, and home equity lendingBuild referral relationships with local businesses, real estate professionals, accountants, attorneys, and community organizationsWork with programs including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, USDA, VA, FHA, and business lending portfoliosPresent loan requests and recommendations for approvalMaintain a high level of member service throughout the lending processRepresent 1st Community Credit Union at community and business eventsWe Are Looking ForA minimum of 6 years of lending experienceStrong business lending experienceExperience originating residential mortgage loansProven ability to develop and maintain member relationshipsStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teamsA desire to lead, mentor others, and contribute at a senior levelWe Offer :Competitive base pay plus a monthly incentive payFlexible work scheduleHybrid work opportunityDedicated underwriting and loan processing supportCollaborative lending team environmentEstablished member base and strong community presenceOpportunity to grow both business and mortgage portfoliosGenerous benefits package, including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities1st CCU is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
