Key responsibilities Advise customers on refinancing options and additional protection products using a consultative sales approach Manage a large pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring effective conversion and compliance with financial guidelines Process finance deals accurately and conduct needs assessments to meet customer expectations Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto loan refinancing or as a loan officer Proven ability to handle and maintain a high volume pipeline of clients Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport Proficiency in learning new technologies and using various software platforms Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
