Senior Living Marketing & Growth Director

Ivy Park at Wood Ranch is a premier senior living community seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to generate and manage leads, guiding prospects to move into their new home. You will work with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft a strategic plan and hit occupancy budgets.

Daily duties include prospect calls, tours, event execution, and relationship building with organizations to expand outreach and referrals. Excellent communication and a bachelor’s degree are required.
