Reflections at Garden Place - Columbia, IL is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the upkeep, life safety, and daily operations of the community. Full-time, Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with on-call coverage for emergencies.
You will supervise vendors for elevators, HVAC, landscaping and other services, coordinate with the Administrator and Leadership team, conduct safety in-services, and ensure apartments are rent-ready after move-out while maintaining regulatory compliance.
