Senior Living Growth & Community Relations Director

Truewood by Merrill, Boise is seeking a Senior Living Sales Director (Community Relations Director) to lead occupancy growth and build relationships with referral sources. You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with the GM, BOD, and marketing team, and develop outreach plans to showcase our community.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and activities to ensure smooth move-ins and exemplary resident experience.
