Senior Living Growth & Community Relations Director

The Bellingham at Orchard by Cogir is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to manage outreach and exceed occupancy goals through strategic, long-term planning. You will build relationships with referral sources, generate qualified leads, conduct community tours, and drive revenue growth while aligning with the regional sales team.

You will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries from tenants, families, and prospective residents, and you will
