Senior Living Executive Director

The Waterford at Mansfield is a premier retirement community in Mansfield, OH, operated by Sonida Senior Living. We seek an Executive Director to lead the community, overseeing financial, human resources, and operations to deliver high-quality resident care.

You will supervise staff, implement policies, drive occupancy through sales and marketing collaboration, and ensure regulatory compliance. Prior senior living leadership experience is preferred.
