Senior Living Executive Director & Operations Leader

Traditions of Grove City in Ohio is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living community. You will oversee resident care quality, fiscal management, staffing, and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include budgeting, recruitment and training, maintaining policy adherence, and steering state/federal survey readiness, while upholding a high standard of service for residents, families, and staff.
