Senior Living Director of Care & Experience

Kensington Senior Living is seeking a Director of Assisted Living for Kensington Park in Kensington, MD. This full-time role oversees all aspects of the Assisted Living neighborhood, including planning, organizing, developing, directing, and evaluating services for residents and families.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of regulations, and the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and care plans with a
