Senior Living Culinary Director

Discovery Village Hagen Ranch, part of Discovery Senior Living, is seeking a Director of Culinary Services to lead daily operations, plan menus, ensure food quality and safety, and manage budgets in a senior living community.

You will recruit and train staff, coordinate with the Executive Director and department heads, and engage with residents during meals to create meaningful dining experiences that enhance resident satisfaction and well-being.
