- Contributing to the daily maintenance of cases, assisting with document production, and working on court filings.
- Assisting with preparations for depositions, hearings, and trials, including coordinating trial logistics and attending trials as requested.
- Overseeing the organization of case documents and conducting legal research.
- Preparing motions, subpoenas, and materials for filing with court or service on parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and coordinate changing priorities.
- Ability to create a friendly and professional rapport with attorneys, staff, and external parties. xhqgsiq
