Senior Litigation Counsel- Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a diverse litigation portfolio across more than 25 states.
• Manage complex litigation matters, including personal injury, landlord‑tenant and commercial disputes, employment litigation, workers’ compensation, automobile liability, small claims, and ADR.
• Work closely with the General Counsel to oversee external defense counsel, coordinate with relevant insurance representatives and provide strategic guidance to internal business leaders.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of solid litigation experience at a law firm, civil litigation defense preferred.
