About the Opportunity:

As Senior Litigation Counsel, you will play a key role in safeguarding the organization’s interests by managing complex legal disputes in a fast‑moving technology landscape, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and helping shape key legal strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of litigation, including strategy, motions, depositions, trials, and appeals.
- Advise on litigation exposure and risk.
- Partner with internal departments such as compliance and product to navigate legal matters affecting the company’s operations.
- Manage and work closely with outside counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents.
- Monitor evolving legal and regulatory landscapes, especially in technology and privacy.
Must-Have Skills:
- JD from a top law school.
- Active bar membership in California (in good standing).
- At least 5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
- Experience working within a technology or AI‑driven company.
- Demonstrated history of strong outcomes and effective case execution.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of privacy and IP law.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Familiarity with working in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced organizational structure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external counsel and vendors.
