Senior Litigation Case Manager

Managing all aspects of mortgage litigation cases, the full-time remote Senior Litigation Case Manager will work independently with outside counsel and internal departments to develop strategies, monitor risks, and ensure efficient case resolution. Key responsibilities Oversee the management of assigned litigation cases, including proactive monitoring and risk identification Collaborate with outside counsel to implement litigation strategies and prepare case summaries for stakeholders Maintain the litigation database and track critical events, ensuring timely updates and communication with management and investors Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an Associate's degree with a paralegal certification 10+ years of experience as a paralegal or litigation specialist in mortgage servicing Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to residential mortgage servicing Experience with litigation case management databases and mortgage servicing systems Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
