* Collaborate with clients, senior partners, and legal staff to ensure top-tier service and results.
* Conduct depositions of fact and expert witnesses with confidence and precision.
* Make court appearances on all routine pre-trial matters.
* Attend court hearings on various motions and argue the client’s position.
* Manage case budgets, deadlines, and ensure compliance with firm policies.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
* 10-15 years of defense litigation experience, with a strong record of success.
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing junior attorneys.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
