Senior Litigation AttorneyOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its growing Pasadena office. This role is ideal for a seasoned civil defense litigator with substantial trial experience who enjoys leading case strategy, mentoring junior attorneys, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.The Senior Litigation Attorney will oversee complex litigation matters from intake through trial while helping shape litigation strategy across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex civil litigation defense matters from inception through trialServe as first or second chair in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositionsDevelop litigation strategy and provide risk assessmentsMaintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing case updatesSupervise and mentor associates and junior attorneysReview pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial preparation materialsAssist with budgeting and case managementCollaborate with firm leadership on litigation strategy and best practicesRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive California Bar license in good standing7+ years of civil litigation defense experienceSignificant trial experienceFirst or second-chair trial experienceStrong deposition and motion practice backgroundExcellent legal writing and communication skillsLeadership and mentorship experiencePreferred ExperienceInsurance DefenseGeneral LiabilityPremises LiabilityConstruction DefectProfessional LiabilityCatastrophic Injury DefenseCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $180,000 - $250,000+ Bonus ProgramBenefits100% employer-paid medical coverageImmediate vesting 401(k)Generous PTOHoliday bonusesTeam-building and social eventsJOB ID: #postKunal Sharma
