Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers.QualificationsExperience/Requirements:Full-time5+ years of litigation experienceMember of the Texas Bar and in good standingExperience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.Superb negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHave a proactive approach to problem-solvingTeam-orientedNote: Ideally all trial roles will have 4+ First Chair (Lead Attorney) trial experienceFirm BenefitsOur client offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
