Senior Litigation Attorney – Business & Commercial Litigation

$250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Location

This is an on-site role based in Irvine, California, offering the opportunity to work closely with a highly accomplished litigation team in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Experience with business litigation, commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, real estate litigation, trade secrets, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation, or related matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, motion practice, and discovery experience.
• Deposition, mediation, arbitration, hearing, or trial preparation experience preferred.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage sophisticated litigation matters.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex business, commercial, real estate, trade secret, intellectual property, securities, and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions, discovery motions, and other substantive litigation filings.
• Manage written discovery, document review, depositions, expert discovery, and case development.
• Analyze legal issues, develop litigation strategy, and work directly with partners on high-stakes matters.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
• Take ownership of files while collaborating with a senior litigation team.
• Deliver polished, persuasive, and strategic legal writing.
