Am Law 200 / Insurance and Catastrophic Loss Group Location: BostonSeeking an experienced Senior Attorney (6+ years) to join an Insurance and Catastrophic Loss / Litigation practice group. The candidate will serve as a strategic advisor on high-exposure matters involving major property, casualty, and specialty lines on a national scale.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse insurance coverage matters (both litigated and non-litigated).Develop and execute litigation strategies for high-stakes, multi-party disputes.Handle all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, trial and overall case management.Advise insurers and corporate clients on exposure and resolution strategies.Active mentoring of junior attorneysQualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.).Minimum 6 years' experience in insurance coverage and/or catastrophic loss litigationStrong understanding of complex coverage lines and multi-jurisdictional litigation.Experience handling high-exposure and technically complex cases.Items Needed to Apply: Resume, Cover Letter, Writing Sample.For confidentiality reasons, the client's name is not disclosed at this stage.
