Duties
- Handle litigation matters in federal and state courts.

- Manage discovery, including document strategy, review, and production.

- Conduct and assist with internal investigations, including witness interviews.
- Prepare investigative reports and client-facing analyses.
- Advise clients on risk mitigation and compliance.
- Prepare clients for testimony before agencies and committees.
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Requirements
- Experience as a lead associate in federal and state court litigation.
- Experience with government and internal investigations.
- Experience with employment-related disputes and compliance reviews is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently.
Education
Juris Doctor from a top 25 law school preferred.
Certifications
Admission (or waive-in eligibility) to Virginia Bar.
