A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, and public law challenges, while collaborating closely with senior attorneys and engaging directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation matters with increasing independence
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs
- Conduct and oversee written discovery and motion practice
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client strategy sessions
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court
- Experience with a leading law firm, litigation boutique, or government practice preferred
- Strong experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery
- Excellent professional judgment with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Active Bar membership in the applicable state
