Duties
- Represent clients in state and federal courts.
- Handle commercial litigation, class actions, and product liability cases.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys.
Requirements
- 6+ years of meaningful litigation experience.
- Experience in product liability and/or complex litigation cases.
- Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
- Admitted in Good Standing to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; New York admittance is a plus.
Education
Strong academic credentials.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
