Duties

Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Over 5 years of experience in employment matters, including wage and hour, PAGA, and FLSA.
- Prior employment litigation experience required.
- Experience in 1st or 2nd chair trial, mediation, or dispute resolution is advantageous.
- Experience in the public sector is a plus.
