Duties

- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue substantive and dispositive motions.
- Oversee all aspects of litigation on high-exposure cases.
- Collaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys.
Requirements
- Five to ten years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience with complex litigation involving catastrophic losses.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
