Senior Litigation Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Associate in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have over five years of defense-side complex litigation experience and a strong interest in developing an employment law practice.

Duties

• Draft and respond to pleadings.
• Manage written and electronic discovery, including e‑discovery strategy.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non‑dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Lead or substantially participate in mediations and trials.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with litigation teams.
