Senior Legal Officer

Warren Recruiting’s client, a Tier One national hospital, is actively seeking a dynamic Corporate and Transactional Lawyer with experience drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts including Procurement and Supply Chain Agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support for supply chain management operations, including sourcing and contracting, supplier relationship management, procurement, purchasing, customer relationship management, and strategic group purchasing organizations (GPOs) partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership and key stakeholders by offering strategic legal counsel.
• Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
• Utilize extensive analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal and business challenges.
• Demonstrate strong supervisory abilities and effectively collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience providing legal counsel in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or GPOs.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Preference for candidates with procurement experience for the State of Texas .
• Proven track record of independent decision-making, sound judgment, and strategic insight.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Location & Work Arrangement

• This is a remote position , but candidates must reside in Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, or elsewhere in Texas .
