Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, an operating company of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide global legal support. The role focuses on commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and risk management within the life sciences and diagnostics sector, with an emphasis on integrating AI tools into legal workflows.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5+ years of practice in a nationally recognized law firm and in-house.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in life sciences or diagnostics is preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership, negotiation expertise (M&A, licensing, partnerships), and familiarity with AI-enabled legal technologies.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial agreements and antitrust matters.
• Manage litigation, government investigations, and regulatory compliance (anti-corruption, trade sanctions, etc.).
• Support corporate governance, intellectual property, and internal legal policy development.
• Develop legal training, playbooks, and process improvements utilizing AI tools.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus bonus/incentive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Mode: Remote (with a strong preference for candidates based in Indianapolis, IN).
