We are recruiting an exceptional Senior Legal Counsel to join an international, fast‑moving technology and advanced manufacturing organisation.
You will deliver commercially focused legal advice in the US and internationally spanning commercial contracts, compliance, corporate, IP, data protection, employment, litigation/dispute resolution, construction and real estate
You will bring strong commercial contracts (5+ years experience), commercial awareness and the confidence to engage across operations, sales, senior leadership and external counsel. Experience export compliance would also be beneficial.
