Our commercial litigation team seeks a senior litigator to provide legal support across all products and businesses, crafting strategy and advising internal clients on novel matters in a fast-paced environment.
Description
As a member of Apple's Commercial Litigation team, you will formulate and drive litigation strategy, advise internal stakeholders, and independently manage complex, high‑stakes commercial disputes across multiple jurisdictions worldwide. The role requires a high degree of self‑sufficiency, independent judgment, and a trial‑focused approach. Travel is required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of major law firm and/or in‑house litigation experience, focusing on complex commercial and business‑to‑business disputes
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multijurisdictional disputes across international markets
- Trial experience
- Prior in‑house experience
- Experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable advice under pressure and on short notice
- Strong technology interest and aptitude
