Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Advanced Engines business
- Provide counsel on a broad range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Advise on construction and infrastructure matters
- Counsel on intellectual property protection strategies
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 8+ years of proven experience in transactional, commercial, construction, or technology/product legal practice
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Experience working on large infrastructure or development projects
- Familiarity with standard construction documentation, including AIA forms and EPC agreements
- Experience with infrastructure project finance and/or project development
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly
