To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Learning Solutions Consultant will engage complex buying committees, influence solution architecture, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Apply structured methodologies to engage and manage relationships with complex buying committees across various leadership levels Influence the end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment between customer outcomes and platform capabilities Act as a subject matter expert on the Percipio platform within the HR tech ecosystem, identifying data considerations for effective solution designs Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution consulting or transformation-focused roles with complex buying committees Demonstrated ability to build executive-level business cases and influence senior stakeholders Strong background in learning, talent, workforce, or organizational transformation Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles as they relate to enterprise learning solutions Proven track record of successful consulting engagements and ability to translate learning science into executive-friendly narratives
