Senior Learning Experience Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging live and digital learning programs for leadership onboarding.

• Utilize the Docebo LMS to create scalable learning modules and digital solutions.
• Lead pilot projects for large-scale virtual onboarding experiences.
• Ensure learning content aligns with organizational goals and standards.

Senior Learning Experience Designer Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing both live and digital learning experiences.
• Expertise with the Docebo Learning Management System.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
