Anchoring the work across a 24-month partnership with 13 lab schools, the full-time Senior Learning Engineer will manage relationships with school teams, co-design programming, and build bespoke AI tools to enhance teaching and learning, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Hold relationships with 4 to 5 lab schools, providing monthly coaching and weekly build sessions Co-steward the cohort alongside the Lab Schools Learning Partner, shaping programming and the open-source playbook Build custom AI tools in collaboration with educators, ensuring alignment with each school's pedagogical needs Required qualifications 5+ years of classroom, instructional leadership, or school leadership experience Proven track record of developing and shipping AI tools using advanced design patterns Experience mentoring or coaching educators with a focus on high standards and patience Strong understanding of AI app design and its application in real classroom settings Commitment to the full 24-month cohort cadence, including quarterly convenings
