Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and employee development needsCreate and curate high-quality learning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theoryLead medium-to-large scale L&D projects, including assessment, scoping, planning, stakeholder coordination, and executionTranslate business and performance challenges into effective learning solutions that meet quality, accessibility, and branding standardsPartner with the internal stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the firm to develop and deliver content in all modalities (in-person, virtual, online courses, videos)In collaboration with the Global L&D Director, design, develop, pilot, evaluate, and deliver new learning experiences and programsCreate courses and other learning content using appropriate authoring or editing software (e.g., Articulate (Storyline & Rise), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)Leverage artificial intelligence, the Learning Management System, and other emerging technologies to design, deploy, and continuously improve scalable, effective learning experiencesPlan, organize, and manage L&D workshops/events including logistics, materials, vendor coordination, and communicationsFacilitate or provide support for in-person and virtual classesDesign and deploy course surveys, translating learner feedback into actionable improvements to instructional content, learning effectiveness, and the learner experienceDevelop and maintain L&D metrics and analytics, translating data into insights that inform learning decisions and improvementsStay current with L&D trends, technologies, and methodologiesQualificationsBachelor's Degree Required or equivalent workplace experienceMinimum of 5 years of corporate L&D experienceMinimum of 3 years of instructional design experience and LMS administrationMust be eligible to work in the United StatesDemonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project closeProficient in using instructional design and editing tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe PhotoshopStrong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources.In Excel, aggregate and analyze data to identify insights and trends.In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks.In Teams/SharePoint, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency.Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to balance collaboration with others and independent work to get things done efficientlyAbility to travel, which will be based on the needs of the firm or programThis position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
