Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement at its Brea, CA site. You will lead a small team of Continuous Improvement Engineers to drive lean manufacturing, safety, quality, delivery, and cost across production lines.
You will champion HBS methods (Kaizen, ValueStream Mapping, 5S, SMED) and mentor leaders to embed a culture of continuous improvement, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
