The Senior Development Program (SDP) is a high-impact, 12-18 Month Accelerated Leadership Program | Preparing High-Potential Professionals for Plant and Operations Leadership. Participants will gain exposure to leading safety and reliability processes in a wood products manufacturing environment, developing and implementing strategic site level initiatives, and build knowledge and skills related to our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build people leadership skills.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelors

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years working experience with 4-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, engineering, forestry or related discipline
  • Proven track record of leading teams, managing change, and delivering results.
  • Ability to implement and drive operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Must be willing to travel and relocate for high-priority assignments.

What We Offer

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $90,244-$135,509 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
