This individual will own architectural direction, drive engineering best practices, mentor developers, and help build scalable web and mobile solutions that support the organization's future growth.

Leading the architecture and development of a modern assessment platform Building and enhancing web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies Establishing engineering standards, architectural patterns, and quality practices 10+ years of software engineering experience
Strong background in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern application development
Experience with React Native and/or Flutter
Knowledge of Swift and Kotlin
Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments
Ownership of a major platform modernization initiative
Mix of web, mobile, platform, and API development Chance to build products that directly impact customers at scale and support a meaningful mission
