Seeking a remote Senior Lead Security Engineer, this full-time position will manage threat hunting and investigation efforts, leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools to detect and mitigate evolving cyber threats across large networks. Key responsibilities Research and automate detection of the latest threat attacker tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) Conduct in-depth investigations on cyber threat activity and provide mitigation guidance in collaboration with cyber operators Develop repeatable workflows that integrate analyst expertise with automation and AI-assisted capabilities to enhance investigative efficiency Required qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly Extensive experience in threat hunting and developing algorithms for identifying new threats from large data sets Proficiency in Python scripting and familiarity with distributed computing environments Deep knowledge of network-based threats and the ability to identify behaviors without attack payloads Experience using OSINT methods for investigation and discovering novel threats in malware repositories
