Starbucks is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Scientist to drive data-informed decisions across our global coffee and food business. In this role, you will build predictive and optimization models to enhance store operations, personalize customer experiences, and improve supply chain and menu strategies. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Digital teams to translate complex data into clear insights, design experiments, and guide product roadmaps.
You’ll also mentor junior data scientists, champion best practices in MLOps and experimentation, and help shape Starbucks’ data and analytics vision in a values-driven, inclusive culture.
